What began as a solo practice is growing into a collective of compassionate, heart-centered healers who share a commitment to culturally responsive, holistic, clinically grounded care.
Meet Dr. Edison
Dr. Arease Edison believes that healing is both a clinical and spiritual journey, and that those she serves are divinely aligned with the work she’s called to do. As a licensed clinician and minister, certified somatic practitioner, author, and speaker...she holds sacred the responsibility of creating spaces where others feel safe enough to come home to themselves, and gives others the courage to heal from invisible scars.
Dr. Edison holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and brings over a decade of experience working across the lifespan. Her clinical background includes children’s mental health, psychiatric facilities, justice-involved populations, high-functioning professionals, and coaching young adults navigating identity, purpose, and healing.
In 2020, she expanded her holistic practice as a novice aromatherapist, creating healed whole well—a signature line of intentional essential oil blends designed to support emotional wellness between sessions. Dr. Edison offers a compassionate, integrative approach that blends emotional literacy, somatic healing, spiritual insight, and soulful self-care, guiding others to live lives that are healed, whole, and well.
Meet Elyse Vaughn
Elyse Vaughn is a licensed marriage and family therapist who believes healing is sacred and personal. She is deeply called to help others maintain a life of balance and wellness, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Elyse brings warmth, presence, and cultural responsiveness to her work with individuals and families.
She values the stories behind the diagnosis, creating space for clients to feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Elyse offers a calming, grounded presence, meeting each person with empathy, curiosity, and care. Her approach is rooted in the belief that mental health is a vital part of overall well-being, especially in communities where emotional pain has often been minimized or ignored.

Your Wellness Journey
No matter where you are on your healing journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. Poor mental health doesn't not mean you have a mental health condition, it just means you are not at your best. With intention and the proper supports, you will come out of this valley.
We believe healing is layered, and true wellness begins when we tend to the whole self, mind, body, and spirit. While talk therapy is a powerful starting point, it’s only one piece of the journey. Holistic practices like yoga, meditation, reiki, and somatic movement are essential tools for healing, not just emotionally, but energetically and physiologically. These practices help us reconnect with the body’s wisdom, regulate the nervous system, and move stored emotion through the body in ways that words alone cannot.
